Hello everyone! Today I decided to start working on a project for this blog which I think will be incredibly useful to anyone who is trying to become a happier and more satisfied person. I know the idea of 30 day challenges are not original, but I think they can be used very successfully as a method of changing your life.
The point of what I am trying to do with this challenge, which I will explain more throughout the 30 Days of Happiness, is to give someone the experience of really trying to improve their happiness levels proactively. Each day, there will be at least one exercise designed to help learn skills beneficial to increasing happiness. There will also be an attempt to feel happiness during that day. In other words, there should be no need to wait for results.
I want these 30 days to be enjoyed. In that sense, this isn’t really a challenge at all.
Now, here is the thing. I was hoping I could post one article per day for 30 days straight so people could follow along on time. My schedule unfortunately is not quite flexible enough to pull this off, so I will just put the posts up as fast as I can, and I apologize that at least for now it can’t quite be done in 30 days.
