We’ve hit the halfway point for this program! Time to break out the champagne!
If you’ve been following along this far, and doing the exercises, you should be noticing a difference in your mood, as well as differences in other areas in your life.
Just to review, you should have been doing both the gratitude exercise and the simple pleasures exercise from Day 1. You should also have been following your plan that you created based off the SWOT analysis. Lastly, you should be doing the daily exercises on an array of topics.
Clearly, you have put quite a bit of work into this program already.
Congratulate yourself for your efforts; not everyone takes the initiative to improve their lives as you have, and this is quite an accomplishment.
As I said, you should be noticing a change in yourself by now.
Take a few minutes today to reflect on what you have learned thus far. What has worked? What hasn’t? Are some of these exercises more valuable to you than others? Have you modified them in a way that makes them even better, or even more personalized to you?
Once you’ve done some analysis of your results thus far, you will have important information moving forward.
If something hasn’t been working for you, discard it! Or better yet, change it so that it does benefit you.
There is no reason for you to be wasting your time on something just because I told you to do it. You should do everything once, but you don’t have to stick with something that doesn’t work. That’s pure insanity.
