You’ve made it!
Give yourself a pat on the back for being proactive in improving your life.
You’ve put in a lot of work so far, and you have noticed a positive difference in your mood and outlook on life.
You may have even surprised yourself and begun to get what you really want out of life.
Although this program is now over, that doesn’t mean you can’t keep doing things you have learned over the past month.
Most likely there are certain exercises that have been more effective for you than others. Keep up with them!
I have personally found the exercises from Day 1 to be most useful. But whatever it is that resonates with you should be a priority.
I will be going back and adding extra resources to each of these pages in the future, so feel free to check back and see if there is more information of use to you.
I will also be writing more detailed posts on many things relevant to this program, and adding those links as well. These pages should be a reference of ways to feel happier.
