Today is a very simple day, so this post will be very short. But it is one of the most important days of the program. Don’t neglect it!
If you have completed the SWOT analysis from Day 2, as well as the more in depth analysis that we did yesterday, you should now have a pretty clear idea of specific things that you can do to increase your level of happiness.
You know both the positives and the negatives, and you have specific actions to help accentuate the positives and mitigate the weaknesses.
Now, you must take what you have done and create an action plan.
Most people work differently, not to mention people’s different schedules, so I will grant plenty of leeway with respect to how you, personally, want to implement your action plan.
That being said, something must be done. Every day.
That is my only real requirement.
Make a habit of doing at least one thing from your action plan every day.
These actions will add up quickly, and before you know it, you have massive momentum towards positive change.
